Frequently Asked Questions
To establish credit, we require all customers to submit a credit application form along with three trade references. After reviewing these references, we will notify customers of their approved credit line and net terms. Customers without credit can still place prepaid orders. We accept ACH and credit/debit cards as payment methods.
For each drawing you inquire about, we input the details into our proprietary quotation program to determine the required raw materials, account for scrap deductions, and calculate the final price based on the specified conditions (quantity, delivery time, and payment terms). To achieve the best pricing, it is advantageous to reduce the frequency of orders by purchasing in bulk or increasing the order quantity.
We adhere to the delivery times promised to our customers more than 99% of the time.
For sheet metal, we can process the following material thicknesses:
Mild Steel: 26 gauge to 1 inch
Stainless Steel: Up to 3/4 inch
Aluminum: Up to 5/16 inch
For tube, the max thickness we can cut is 1/2".
Pressure marks appear along the length due to the force pressing down on the bottom surface during bending. We minimize these marks by using various methods such as urethane dies, urethane tape, surface protection tape, and roll bands, depending on the situation.
Deburring equipment finely shaves the surface to smooth it and creates small R-values on sharp edges, eliminating the need for separate grinder work. The thickness change during surface deburring is very slight and not problematic.
There is no change in physical properties or thickness.
The quantity of the order does not matter at all. We will produce even small orders with care.
We provide the final price at the time of quotation. We always offer differentiated prices according to quantity and delivery time, so customers can choose and place orders accordingly.
Yes, it is possible. For optimal laser processing, we prefer to use only genuine raw materials from domestic manufacturers. When receiving customer-supplied materials, we thoroughly inspect the quality and make a final decision on whether processing is feasible.
The R-value of a bent product is determined by the mold (punch) that presses the product. Therefore, it is difficult to change it to anything other than the R-value of the mold that can be used for the respective thickness.
Deburring is done on most products before the bending process.
Prices of raw materials and scrap change monthly (or more frequently), so there may be slight price fluctuations. Also, changes in the order conditions (number of products, quantity, delivery time, etc.) may result in slight price fluctuations.
